You're logic is extremely weak here. There are actual laws in place to stop appropriating intellectual property. If you're actual work is stolen, that's a problem, and you can pursue that.

That you have no legal avenue and you're claiming cultural appropriation is incredibly weak. And stop saying "shame on you", being your ally doesn't mean being an ally on your terms and I have no interest in being guilted into anything.
