That's interesting and I'm sorry your daughter went through that. As someone who nearly lost his job because someone erroneously interpreted my actions as racist, I think there's something to be said for jumping to conclusions.

I think the guy who gave your daughter poor customer service should be dealt with. I hope if you like the store, you don't hold the entire store accountable or feel uncomfortable at all Vans stores.
