I feel like this is two pieces. The first is about the pandemic (something we all know happened, so there's not much need to write about it unless you make it more personal) and the second is how you dealt with it through travel. I kind of wish you focused a little more on the second part and you don't have to try to be a self-help writer like you do with the line "Taking a short break fromyour daily life is very important..".
