Define the word "racist" and then we can go from there
"This has upset many racists who are claiming that Biden is picking a Supreme Court judge because of their gender and skin color"...well, that is actually true.

This only furthers the suggestion that you have no substantive argument to base your position off of, since you didn't spell anything out.
And you're using the fallacy "begging the question" through much of this. For those of us who believe that Shapiro had a point, then there's no reason for him to apologize, and trust me, this is far from the most racist thing one can say (That someone shouldn't automatically be appointed to the Supreme Court because they're a black woman and doubts that a significant societal good can result from it). If a professor isn't allowed to express that, then I'd say academia has some serious problems.
And I support KJB's nomination, despite the complete weak sauce of this article.
If I ran a college newspaper, I would not print your article because I find this offensive and limiting to people who don't share your school of thought.
