I've heard this argument before and it's an interesting perspective.
Some points:
-I think Iron man is the one most guilty of developing something that could save the world and being selfish with it. Batman can't transfer his forensic skills and fighting skills with it.
-In terms of misoginy, I haven't read the comics, but Batman was practically celibate in the 1960s series, I can only recall him succumbing to female temptation once or twice. In the first four movies with Keaton,Kilmer, and Clooney, he was either a commitment-phobe or in love. The Christian Bale series had one scene where he was hanging out with models just to give the appearancethat he was the furthest thing of an intensely focused superhero and he was more in love with Rachel Dawes than some kind of serial dater. I think you're thinking of James Bond.
-In most iterations of Batman, he's not in a good mental space, but that's not something I hold against him (maybe, you subscribe to cancel culture?). What we should just him by his actions and he does much more for Gotham than anyone else including being a crime fighter with a set of principles.
-There might be a valid point of him needing to do more with Wayne Enterprises, but from what I remember, it seemed like he wasn't particularly interested and didn't have the aptitude for it. Therefore, if he tried to focus more on running the company, the board might not approved diverting all his money from profits to gutting it all for charity. He did get involved with it enough to prevent a takeover from that purely capitalistic guy in Batman Begins who probably would have been a lot more selfish with regard to charitable causes.
-At the same time, it's pretty speculative that Wayne Enterprises is in league with the mob or that most businesses are corrupt
That's not to say that this wasn't a fun piece to read
