It's generous of you to not say that all white men are bad but I think you're over-relying on race, gender, and sexual orientation to explain 100% of human behavior. That's a school of thought called wokeness or identity politics or whatever you want to call it, and that's not the only economic/behavioral theory out there. I subscribe to privilege but don't think it explains anything and everything.

All people try to rise up and be bosses or get raises or whatever. Sometimes they become the boss and sometimes their subordinates are black people. That doesn't mean that it's the equivalent of running a plantation or anything.
