Is Patricia Heaton upset because Lightyear is gay? I know she's conservative but she didn't voice that specific notion.

Why did Chris Evans take over from Tim Allen?

I think Patricia Heaton is likely coming from a place where she feels the need to stick up for a fellow conservative in Hollywood because those people automatically get hate and some of it is unjustified. Not every conservative backs the most awful things conservatives do.

I don't buy the dogwhistle thing. If a person says something judge them by what they say, not what by what they say is connected to.
