If it's a non-issue and the consensus is that minors shouldn't have sex changes, then why would it be a humongous problem to codify it into law?
I think the biggest thing of concern to me is that Lia Thomas at the University of Penn is taking away competitive advantage and making her teammates uncomfortable in the locker room and they can only file complaints anonymously because they;re afraid it will affect their careers and get them doxxed for being perceived as anti-trans.
I think it's not so much preventing hate speech against the trans community but preventing a variety of opinions from being heard from people directly affected by the issue,
