I went from being for CRT to seeing it used in a lot of idiotic ways and I agree a lot of people are waking up to the fact. I don't think anyone should ever apologize for being legitimately afraid of crime in a Black neighborhood. I got mugged twice and both perpetrators happened to be Black, was I not supposed to be more guarded in the Black area where mass transit goes? No matter how much a small portion of the population attempts to guilt me for being racist, I recognize the socio-economic consequences of poverty, but I'm certainly not giving anyone a free pass for committing a crime.
