I appreciate your response.
I do want to eliminate voter suppression and I fought against it by working in Georgia and North carolina for 8 weeks during election cycles. Systematic racism sure.
Police reform has been reversed to some extent in some places like Minneapolis.
I'm not sure why society had to be redirected because of the deaths of a few people. Honestly, I don't. The only times me or my father have been mugged it was by Black people in Black communities. It's justified for us to be wearier in those communities, do you think? It also makes sense that those areas need to be policed more heavily if there's moer gun violence in those areas. Systemic racism created poverty, but shouldn't they face consequences for being more violent?
Genuinely curious to hear your response about this one.
I also feel that there's an exxageration here about schools in the US, when compared to actual countries that erase their history. You're saying the lies I was taught in school, but I just think it's impossible in our day to not be taught about slavery . There are a small number of exxagerated efforts happening now in certain places run by certifiably insane politicians and more power to you, but it's a pretty strong attack on our educational system to suggest no one is taught slavery
